Verification Portal

The TEDS Verification Portal includes events for skills days as well as just in time check off for checking off on an individual's skill that has been demonstrated while performing his/her job duties.

Events can be created containing competencies and a list of invitees. The competencies will be assigned to the invitees if the individual does not already have an assignment. On the day of the event, a verifier, or group of verifiers, can log into the Verification Portal and add attending individual to the attended list and check off multiple people and multiple competencies at the same time as individuals demonstrate the necessary knowledge.

Just In Time Check Off can be done by Supervisors, Peer Trainers, or Training Coordinators when witnessing skills being performed on the job.
